Order dated 17 September 2020 by the Honorable Islamabad High Court in C. M. No.01/2020 of F.A.O No. 83/2020: “Notice. Until the next date of hearing, the operation of the impugned order dated 19.08.2020 is suspended. On the next date of hearing, the appellant shall submit a certificate as to the rectification of the above-mentioned lapses which caused the respondent to impose the penalty on it.”
