Complaints to AOB

A complaint can be filed with the Audit Oversight Board (AOB) if it relates to the audit of financial statements of a public interest company, and the audit is conducted by a firm that is registered — or required to be registered — with AOB.

How to File a Complaint to AOB:

  1. The official complaint form must be used.

  2. Complete all fields in the complaint form. Submit it along with any supporting documents through one of the following methods:
