3. In view of the request made by the learned counsel for the applicant/appellant and for the reasons stated therein, the application is allowed. The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.”

• Order dated 22 Jan 2020 by the Honorable Islamabad High Court in FAO No. 169 of 2019: The case was heard at the honorable Islamabad High Court on 22 Jan 2020. The learned counsel of the appellant requested adjournment. According to the order by the Honorable Court: “The respondent Board shall proceed in the matter relating to the complaints filed by the appellant company and a former partner.” The next hearing has been fixed on 12 February 2020.
