A Certificate of Registration is issued subjected to the following conditions under Regulation 4(10) of the Regulations:

• Annual submission of Form A and Fee:
• Maintenance of satisfactory QCR rating:
• Notification to AOB of changes in particulars of Form A within 15 days: and
• Compliance with ISAs, |SQCs and applicable code of ethics, laws and
