SECP has notified that a “Public Interest Company” (PIC) shall mean a company which falls under the criteria of “PIC” as laid down in the Third Schedule to the Companies Act, 2017 (XIX of 2017).

SECP has provided a list of PICs on 11 September 2023 which is attached herewith.
